With experience across sectors at the intersection of social impact — tech, nonprofit, philanthropy, academia, and literary arts — they’ve driven impactful change as a community- and capacity-builder.

Niq was Principal and Co-founder of Keyframe Illumination, and also serves as an advisor to several not-for-profit startups focused on sustainable, people-and-planet centered systemic change. They’ve spent 20 years developing domain expertise in areas related to: mission-driven programs; organizing, civic engagement, and policy advocacy; internal communications and culture design; as well as strategic planning and risk management. As an independent scholar, they study and write about the complex relationships between people, cultural communities, and the many systems that shape how we live and work.
